Alexander Cup Final, Kingston, October 1928
Thames Valley met Thornton Heath & Norbury at Kingston in the final of the Alexander Cup. Thames Valley won decisively by 7½–2½. Seven clubs entered the competition; West Surrey United received a bye, but declined to play their semi-final, giving Thornton Heath & Norbury a walk-over into the final.
